Early childhood, for the most part, is an important period in a child’s development. Three and four-year-olds have their own distinctive perspectives of how the world works.
Each unit allows for a guided inquiry into specific topics. The units are designed with a special emphasis on communication, thinking, self-management and social skills.
Their minds are filled with questions and it is from these questions that the whole process of inquiry begins. What they need is to have a clear understanding of our multifaceted world.
It is through exploration and discovery that children will be exposed to the numerous opportunities to learn.
We focus on the emotional and physical development using play, art, music and language. The program is designed around four units of inquiry wherein students can grasp and, simultanously, acquire the essential knowledge, skills and attitudes appropriate to that age group.
